The strategy for achieving our policy is marked by the following intentions:

• reducing work and environmental risks arising from the presence and operation of technologies and their use
• protecting the environment against pollution and contamination from hazardous and noxious substances
• implementing preventative and cost-effective measures to save resources and energy with the objective of resource sustainability in developing the company
• promoting the use of renewable energy resources and increasing the share of used resources with lower rate CO² production
• educating and guiding all employees in the company to ensure that the principle of health and safety protection, environmental protection, energy management and sustainability of resources will become a natural part of their daily work
• putting an emphasis on preventive measures to minimise their impact on the environment during production processes
